Cancelation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

Indiacraftnation strongly believes in helping its customers all the time as far as possible, and therefore we have framed a liberal cancellation policy for our customers. Under this policy:
1. Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers or vendors and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. If a customer cancels his/her order within 24 hours, the entire amount of your order will be refunded excluding payment gateway charges.
3. In case a customer wants to cancel an order after the order has been shipped out, but they still have not received it, then the refund process will start once Indiacraftnation receives the order back through courier. And in this case customers have to bear the delivery charges.
4. Indiacraftnation does not accept Cash on Delivery and cancellation requests for customized products.
5. In case a customer feels that the product received is not as shown on the site, or if the product received is damaged or defective, they must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Return policy:

1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item (which falls under cancellation policy) from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Our delivery people will pick the item from your place within 7 official days after we get a return request from you.

Refund policy:

1. When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for reason (which falls under cancellation policy), not happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund.
2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account or through cash coupons. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
